- Customer always has a choice to cancel a pending order due to shipment delay by canceling order online.
- Sellers will mention the estimated delivery time based on customer location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days) in areas where standard courier service is available. - In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD/Cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode) the mode of refund will be through Cheque.
